Activities/Progress
- Fresno City College’s Summer Technology Institute (2004) hosted a workshop on SLO’s presented by Carol Schaafsma from Linn-Bentol College, Oregon. The workshop, held on May 27, 2004, was attended by 74 people.
- Fresno City College Curriculum web site has added a link for faculty developing SLO's.

- Fall 2004 Fresno City College Curriculum cycle, over 350 courses were rewritten using SLO’s.

Key Performance Indicators
1.1.1The data/evidence collected during the 2004-05 Accreditation process will be used by each campus to develop and begin implementation of a student learning outcome and assessment plan.
1.1.2 The elements of each campus’ plan will include course, program and institutional level student learning outcomes; staff development, including adjunct faculty; identification of funding and additional resources; and a system of assessment.
- Reedley College’ Strategic Plan defines the process by which course and program level student learning outcomes will be implemented.
- Reedley College’s Curriculum Handbook has been revised to include a revised Course Outline form which includes the identification of learning outcomes for each course.
- Reedley College’s Program Review Handbook is being revised to incorporate program-level student learning outcomes.
- Fresno City College has implemented a plan to add student learning outcomes to each course. The process for developing program and college SLO’s is being developed.

- Stevie Daniels, the Academic Computing Coordinator at Fresno City College, offers workshops, flex-day activities, one-to-one training sessions, and intensive summer technology institutes to improve best practices in teaching and online instruction. During the Fall 2004 semester, roughly 80 people have attended training.

- At Fresno City College 119 full-time and adjunct faculty attended the Summer Technology Institute of 2004 with 66 workshops and 4 keynote speakers were offered.
- Reedley College Academic Senate has designated Release Time for a Vice President Business/Staff Development
