Activities/Progress
- The committee met to identify the various communication channels currently in place and to identify various stakeholder groups both internal and external;
- determined the need for a comprehensive communication audit to be developed and administered by the committee with the possibility of some outside consultation;
- agreed to investigate other successful models of internal communication systems;
- began preliminary work on a draft internal communication survey.

- Reviewed application of Baldridge System by Clovis Unified School District.
- Reviewed application Baldridge System by Pinellas County Schools.
