Activities/Progress The committee met to identify the various communication channels currently in place and to identify various stakeholder groups both internal and external; determined the need for a comprehensive communication audit to be developed and administered by the committee with the possibility of some outside consultation; agreed to investigate other successful models of internal communication systems; began preliminary work on a draft internal communication survey.
