Phillip J. Forhan
Vice President

Phillip J. Forhan was elected to the Board of Trustees in November of 1991, and represents Area 5. His current term of office is until 2008.

Trustee Forhan is a former member of the California Community Colleges Board of Governors.

Trustee Forhan is a Real Estate Broker in Central California. He is a graduate of California State University with a Bachelors in Geography, and a Masters in City Regional Planning.
